Produced by the Business and Science Department of the Memphis Public Library & Information Center, First Tennessee Small Business Center, Central Library, 3030 Poplar Ave., Memphis, Tennessee 38111.
This directory is produced by the First Tennessee Small Business Center located in the Business and Science Department of Memphis Public Library & Information Center. To provide valuable information for current and potential small business owners, First Tennessee Bank and the Memphis Public Library have formed a unique partnership. Working together, they have created the First Tennessee Small Business Center to serve as a resource, referral, and distribution center for small businesses in the Mid-South.
This directory is intended to be the place to go for information about small business resources in the Memphis community. Comprehensive information about each agency, the type of help offered, any associated costs, requirements, and contacts are updated regularly.
Every effort has been made to be as comprehensive as possible in presenting information about resources available from each agency included in the directory. Inclusion of an agency does not constitute endorsement nor does omission constitute disapproval of any program. Information was obtained through telephone interviews or written responses from agency directors or their designated representatives. All entries were reviewed and approved by responsible agency staff before they were included in this directory.
Information included in the directory is updated regularly.
Submit updates, corrections, or new listings using online form or call the Business/Science Department at 415-2734.
