- Ask reference questions in person, by phone or email
- Check out books and other materials (loan and fee information)
- Computers, Internet, and Information Online
- Get a Library Card
- Items for Sale at Check-Out Desk
- Meeting rooms available at most locations
- Overnight delivery of materials between most locations
- Programs and events
- Renew books and other materials
- Resolve library card account status
- Return books and other materials
- Tax forms
- Special Needs
- Voter registration forms
Computers, Internet, and Information Online 
Each Library offers computers for browsing the Internet (including email), accessing information online, or for use with word processing etc. The library also provides free Wi-Fi access in all libraries, see the Wi-Fi page for more information. The library Internet Use Policy and the Computer Assistance Policy apply at all locations. Central library also provides Internet access for customers with personal laptop computers. Some locations require reservations for computer use, others do not. Be sure to check the individual library web pages for specific policies, numbers of computers, and programs available. Computer classes are also available. Information online includes:

Codes and Ordinances 
Your MPLIC libraries offer access to complete and current copies of local codes and ordinances. Consult the Codes and Ordinances page to see which titles are available at which libraries.
Meeting Rooms 
Most libraries offer meeting rooms which may be reserved in advance. There is no charge for non-profit groups whose meetings are open to the public. Check the individual library web pages for more information on meeting facilities, availability, and reservations.

Most libraries offer regular Storytimes for children. Consult individual library web pages for these times.
Job and Career Centers 
Five libraries feature Job and Career Centers with information on career selection, exam preparation guides, scholarships, college directories, resume preparation, and job hunting. For more Jobs and Career information consult the JobLINC Job and Career Center. Be sure to visit one of these Job and Career Centers:
Items for Sale at Check-Out Desk 
The Check-Out Desk at each library has a handy "store" of useful items for sale
- Flash drives (2BG) $7.50 each (a Friends of the Library service)
- Headphones $1.00
- Friends of the Library discarded books/materials, $.10 - $3.00
