Pop Up Opera
"30 Days of Opera" is still in full effect and Opera has been popping up all over the City of Memphis!
Opera Memphis, an organization that emphasizes the art of opera, started "30 Days of Opera" to show the City what they love about opera. Throughout the 30 days, there are a number of different performances that are free and open to the public.
Of those performances, the "Pop up Opera" events have proven to be very exciting! Opera Memphis performers have been making appearances at various places across the city and giving people the wonderful gift of opera! Those who wish to listen get to hear some great opera hits like "Carmen" and the "Can-Cancan".
The event started on September 15th and will not end until October 14th so there is still enough time for you to be entertained by the "Pop up Opera" and other events that "30 Days of Opera" has to offer!
