City Pass is a free program that grants Memphis residents access to all programs and special events at City of Memphis community centers, senior centers, aquatics centers and free admission to the Memphis Zoo on Tuesdays. You can also activate it and use it as your Library Card!
Already have a City Pass AND a Library Card?
You don’t need to keep up with both! If you have a City Pass AND a Library Card, you can visit any Memphis Public Libraries location to activate your City Pass as a Library Card.

Already have a City Pass, but don’t have a Library Card?
If you have a City Pass, but don’t have a Library Card, bring your City Pass and identification to any Memphis Public Libraries location to activate your City Pass as a Library Card.
Or, you can apply online here. A Library Card number will be emailed to you, then come back to this page and complete the City Pass Library Card Activation form above and we’ll update your Library Card number to your City Pass.
